LIFE IP RESTART
Boosting Waste Recycling, 1.1.2022-31.12.2030, Radmila Milačič
In the Slovenian project LIFE IP RESTART (LIFE20 IPE/SI/000021, 1.1.2022-31.12.2030), which is coordinated by the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, the greatest attention is paid to the areas in which Slovenia does not achieve the goals of the European Union, i.e. the reduction of waste quantities to ensure the greatest possible material self-sufficiency, greater circularity in the waste processing sector and thereby reduce the carbon footprint.
Among other, the project will help to improve the recycling of non-hazardous construction waste and waste from the demolition of buildings, as well as their use in the recultivation of degraded land and the preparation of fertile land.
