At the 35th Annual Meeting of SETAC (Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry) Europe in Seville, Spain, Eirini Andreasidou won 1st place in the SETAC Science Slam Competition, with the presentation entitled "Tomatoes of the Shire: A Fellowship's Quest through the Soil-Plant Continuum". The Food for Thought Festival, a series of interdisciplinary events, was organized by the Jožef Stefan Institute in collaboration with the University of Ljubljana and the National Institute of Chemistry between April 23rd and April 25th, 2024.
