Training on Leadership and Effective Team Development / 17.04.2025

On 16.4.2025 a training session titled Leadership and Development of Effective Teams was held at the Department of Environmental Sciences.

The workshop was led by Matej Golob and organized by the Administrative Academy of the Ministry of Public Administration.

The training brought together group, lab, and project leaders from the Department, who actively engaged in hands-on exercises and collaborative activities. The workshop proved to be highly valuable, empowering participants with a variety of new strategies for successful teamwork and leadership.

This training will also be included in the upcoming O2 Strategic Days, where all employees will have the opportunity to take part and benefit from the experience.
