The Urbanome project and researcher Rok Novak were featured on STA news / 7.08.2024

The article explores the impact of urban environmental stressors, such as air pollution, noise, and high temperatures, on cyclists in Ljubljana. Amidst the climate crisis and rising urban traffic, cycling is gaining popularity worldwide as an eco-friendly alternative.

 

The Environmental Informatics group at the Jožef Stefan Institute’s Environmental Sciences Department is investigating how these stressors affect cyclists' health and well-being.
