SURFBIO Training School / 11.10.2021
Online courses on Wet-dry methodologies for studying cell-surface and cell-cell interactions based on system biology will take place on November 8th to 12th, 2021.
On behalf of the consortium of the SurfBio project (see https://surfbio.eu/) we prepared series of webinars starting with the System biology. The first series of webinars will be delivered by the most experienced system biologists from Wageningen University and University of Burgos. We invite you to participate in these webinars and take an opportunity to implement the obtained knowledge in your research work at any level. We cordially invite researchers at any levels either students or established researcher that would be interested in system biology methods focused on cell-cell and cell-surface interactions. Webinars will provide training on techniques from experimental design, sample preparation and data generation to the development and application of modern computational biology tools for the analysis of complex cell-surface and cell-cell interactions for physiological studies at the biomolecular level.
The training is aimed at young researchers, post-grads and senior researchers working at JSI institute.
The course will consist of webinars (about 1h) complemented with computational hands-on sessions. During the computational sessions, lecturers will be available online to provide assistance.
Webinars start on November 8th till November 12th 2021 from 12:30 to 17:00.
Schedule of webinars:
Monday:
Experimental design, sample preparation and data analysis for genomics
Tuesday:
Experimental design, sample preparation and data analysis for transcriptomics
Wednesday:
Experimental design, sample preparation and data analysis for proteomics
Thursday:
Experimental design, sample preparation and data analysis for metabolomics
Friday:
Computational biology tools for the analysis of multiOMICS data
FAIR data management
Please take a few moments to register as soon as possible and not later that the 31.10.2021.
