Laboratory for colloid biology in the FEMS Conference - best poster award / 24.07.2022

Dr. Aleš Lapanje, Dr. Tomaž Rijavec, Maja Zugan, and Dmitrii Deev as members of the Laboratory for colloid biology, participated in the FEMS Conference on Microbiology, which took place from 30th June to 2nd July 2022 in Belgrade, Serbia. 

The purpose of the event was to support microbiologists with their work, promote the best in microbiology research and bring microbiologists together. There were, in total, 750 attendees, 120 online participants, 126 oral sessions, and 450 posters.

The JSI team presented five online posters and gave three oral presentations that promoted ideas of Biocolloid Science and the latest achievements in cell-surface and cell-cell interactions. One of the posters, presented by Dmitrii Deev was selected by the editor of FEMS Ecology Journal as the best poster in the field. Congratulations!
